Add each horse in the barn at Settings → Boarding. Set its owner (barn, member, or an outside owner), its board type (full / training / partial / self) and its stall number so day-to-day billing knows what to charge.
For every horse you can log: • Leases — full, half or quarter share, with a monthly rate and start/end dates. The rider gets a line item on their bill automatically. • Vet records — vaccinations (Coggins, Rabies, EEE/WEE, Flu-Rhino), exams, dental, lameness. BarnOps flags expiring records on the dashboard 30 days out. • Farrier records — trims, shoes and resets, with a next-due date the barn manager can act on.
For staff roles (Head Trainer, Barn Manager, Working Student, etc.) use Settings → Roles & Module Access.
